Abstract

This article presents a comprehensive review of the implementation of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM). It systematically examines the factors influencing the adoption of HRIS and E-HRM, the determinants of successful implementation, as well as the benefits and impacts associated with their use. The study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology focusing on HRIS and E-HRM. Article selection was conducted using the PRISMA flow diagram, resulting in a total of 30 journal articles. Data were retrieved from the Scopus database. The results indicate that among the selected studies, five articles address the factors influencing HRIS implementation and five articles examine the factors affecting E-HRM implementation. Furthermore, one article discusses the determinants of successful HRIS implementation, while two articles focus on the determinants of successful E-HRM implementation. Additionally, six articles highlight the benefits of HRIS implementation, and nine articles discuss the benefits of E-HRM implementation. In terms of impact, one article examines the impact of HRIS implementation, and one article analyzes the impact of E-HRM implementation.
