Abstract
Human resources are a key element that drives and is used by an organization or company as a driver, thinker, and planner to achieve its goals. The problem formulated in this research is how is the motivation, competency, integrity and performance of auditors described, and how much influence does it have. Independent variables on intervening variables and dependent variables partially or simultaneously. The results of the research are the intrinsic motivation, supervision, and performance of PT PLN's outsourced workforce at the Mande Cianjur service unit is high. The research results show that there is a significant influence of intrinsic motivation and supervision on the performance of the PT PLN Mande Cianjur service unit outsourcing workforce, both simultaneously and partially.
Abstrak
Sumber daya manusia merupakan elemen kunci yang mendorong dan digunakan oleh sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan sebagai penggerak, pemikir, dan perencana untuk mencapai tujuannya, masalah yang dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana gambaran motivasi, kompetensi, integritas dan kinerja auditor, serta seberapa besar pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel intervening dan terhadap variabel terikat secara parsial maupun simultan. Adapun hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa motivasi intrinsik, supervisi dan kinerja tenaga kerja outsourcing PT PLN unit layanan Mande Cianjur sudah tinggi. Hasil Penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari motivasi intrinsik dan supervisi terhadap kinerja tenaga kerja outsourcing PT PLN unit layanan Mande Cianjur baik secara simultan maupun parsial.
