Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemeliharaan fasilitas komputer di laboratorium Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak (RPL) SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi. Adapun tujuan lain dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemeliharaan preventif dan pemeliharaan korektif fasilitas komputer yang dilaksanakan di laboratorium Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak (RPL) SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi sudah berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dalam pengujian uji validitas dan kredibilitas yaitu dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemeliharaan preventif yang dilakukan telah sesuai, namun terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu diperbaiki. Sedangkan dalam pemeliharaan korektif menunjukkan hasil dari availability atau ketersediaan nilai rata-rata di atas 90% yang artinya dapat dikategorikan baik meskipun terdapat beberapa pelaksanaan yang perlu diperbaiki dalam pemeliharaan korektif fasilitas komputer di laboratorium Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak (RPL) SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi.
