Analysis of Maintenance Quality 0f Mini Hydro Turbine Machines in the Service Phase for Electricity Production Process Hydroelectric Power Plant at Jatiluhur

Abstract

Electrical energy is a need that is really needed by the wider community. People need an electric power source to meet their daily needs. The more population, the more people need electricity, the more certain that the need for electricity will increase. Alternative energy sources as a substitute for fossil fuels. One of them is the user of the mini hydro engine as a power plant is needed. In order to facilitate the needs of the community, the mini hydro here must be maintained to be able to increase production. In this study, a qualitative method was used based on descriptive interviews and also field observations. The results of the study show that the management carried out in maintenance is carried out in accordance with SOP and maintenance is carried out during the week. What is lacking here is that the company does not think about long-term maintenance if there is damage to the spare part machine and the company does not provide it. Not only that, the oil they need is also not provided more to maximize the production process in the maintenance aspect
