JMSIAD (Journal of Management Science Innovation and Defense) is an open-access journal published by the Undergraduate Program in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani (UNJANI). JMSIAD focuses on publishing research articles and conceptual papers in the field of management, covering topics such as business strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, human resources, operations, and managerial applications across various industrial sectors.

The journal aims to serve as a scientific platform that contributes to the advancement of management science, while also bridging communication among academics, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers in responding to contemporary business dynamics.

JMSIAD has been published regularly since 2024 with a biannual publication frequency (March and September). Each article submitted to the journal undergoes a rigorous selection process using a double-blind peer review system to ensure quality, originality, and scientific relevance.
