JMSIAD (Journal of Management, Strategy, Innovation, and Application of Dynamics) is an open-access journal published by the Undergraduate Program in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani (UNJANI). JMSIAD focuses on publishing research articles and conceptual papers in the field of management, covering topics such as business strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, human resources, operations, and managerial applications across various industrial sectors.
