JMSIAD is an open-access journal published by the Undergraduate Program in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani (UNJANI). The journal focuses on research and conceptual papers in various areas of management, including strategy, entrepreneurship, innovation, finance, marketing, human resources, operations, and managerial applications. JMSIAD aims to advance management knowledge and foster collaboration among academics, practitioners, and policymakers in responding to dynamic business environments. First published in 2024, the journal is issued biannually in March and September, with all submissions reviewed through a double-blind peer review system to ensure academic rigor and originality.
