JMSIAD is an open-access academic journal published by the Undergraduate Program in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani (UNJANI). The journal publishes original research and conceptual papers in the field of management, covering strategic management, innovation, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, human resource management, operations, and managerial applications across industries. JMSIAD is committed to advancing management science and strengthening collaboration between academia and practice in response to contemporary business developments. Established in 2024, the journal is published twice a year (March and September) and adopts a double-blind peer review system to ensure the quality and integrity of its publications.
